Because I have never, ever heard of them before this very moment?

Hells, the Higglytown Heroes freak me way the heck out... and they're my 4 yo niece's favorite cartoon characters after Dora!

C'mon, way back in ye olden days when I was a Youngling, Cartoons were still mostly drawn by hand, even for daily shows.
