Ooo bugger, that sounds like you've strained it- i've done the same to my left hand strangely enough- you just need to rest it for a bit, and use a heat pad/cushion on it or painkillers if it's too uncomfortable- otherwise you will do yourself quite a bit of damage *points at her own RSI* tis not good. I hope it heals asap!
