So my take: it was one more piece of anti-lgbt crap in CoE: If you aren't het, your sexual orientation is the most important thing about you. Doesn't matter what good you've done, or what you accomplish in your life, your sexual orientation is what folks will focus on. A true message of hope. Not.
If we get a Season 4, I hope that at least it's less "hets rule" than CoE. I hated that with a passion. And, frankly, I'm disappointed in JB for (apparently enthusiastically) participating.
