I think it's a quote, but all I know is what was said on savecoffeeboy. I try to avoid reading comments on external sites because of negativity - so there's the possibility it's either a quote, or I've seen that copied and pasted into the comm and thought it was an interview.
I know several people were complaining that "RTD said he was a blank" and stuff like that - so either it is a quote, or several of us have mistaken it for one.
Have you tried putting a post on the comm asking if anyone else knows where it is, or if it's just a case of misunderstanding?
