Well maybe he meant that we finally hear those three words out of Ianto's mouth even if we don't get it with Jack.

Now the article that said JB felt punished by the BBC with a stripped series makes sense. Love how with all the TW hoopla, that would be the article to come out before CoE when other articles talked about how excited the whole cast was for s3...
