The sound of Ianto saying "Okay Jack, I'm in position." will give me many great great dreams.
Ianto nearly got eated by the machine :'(. Me no likey when Yantoes screams. I may have to make some new adorable wallpapers and icons to make myself feel better.
And Ianto being told "No coffee ... give him lemonade" made me giggly.
Anyway ... on with business ...
I think this one was definitely better than "Asylum" - I felt that it was better written, more IC and the plot was a more interesting. It was semi-predictable: I worked out the second we were introduced to Elenor she was the baddie. I realised quite soon that why people were diappearing, too.
I found it was very similar to "Almost Perfect", which was also written by the same author/playwright/writer/the dude with the pen/typewriter/Spectrum ZX
OH yeah .... no one mentioned a Torchwood India before. WTF??????????? And she kept calling him "Captain H" which pissed me off. Dunno why.
But yeah ... I think that this was better than "Asylum" - which I quite liked but apparently others didn't - but I think "Lost Souls" is still pretty high on my favourites list.
Oh and ... I'm going to London tomorrow, so I won't be able to post the download or review of "The Dead Line". Which is really annoying me because my radio is broken so I probably won't be able to hear it until MONDAY!!!! Maybe Sunday night.
Anyhoo, I'll probably update the fic later if I can. We're well overdue, and I'm very sorry.
Recap: Golden Age better than Asylum; no download or review tomorrow; update on fic later; many wonderful dreams about Ianto in position(s).
Ciao!
