I do feel a lot more 'community spirit' here on LJ, but what LJ have done is almost completely removed the ability to control my information and my privacy. Sure, my journal isn't locked, and sure, people can copy and paste.
But when usernames become involved with real names and there's no control over it ... well, I'm not comfortable with that.
I would be very sad to leave LJ, though. I'm not going to up and leave just yet, methinks - we'll see what LJ do about this entire situation first.
