I am constantly amazed at the things you come up with for this universe. Pedestrian insurance? How did you even think of that? The concept is genius. I'm getting this whole "big brother is watching you" vibe from the government. Man, your fics always go deeper. It's like with Silver Service, how it talks about class issues, and now this, talking about government getting too big. Plus, you do it without it turning into preaching or propaganda.
And the concept of New New Paris sounds awesome. Can't wait for MOAR :)
