But Wait! Hart doesn't say "Blimey"...the only one who could say 'blimey' (except maybe Rhys, but you wouldn't do that), the only character in the Whoniverse that I heard say 'blimey' is, and he was there when the school collapse, and he's still around and...no, he wouldn't do that!
