No IM's is just cruel! Bad Jack. But those emails were great, and the subject conversation was as funny as the actual conversation! Didn't Jack notice the irony of blocking IM's and then spending several minutes of Torchwood time on emailing back and forth to Ianto. I bet Ianto did. :)
