lol, I have been trying EVERYTHING to no avail. And then, and I swear this is true, my husband rang whilst I was still trying and lo! there it appeared as I was talking to him. Had to explain away the gasp! when it popped up. Naughty cat, jumping on my lap like that without warning. ;)
